New Nissan X-Trail i
Review
Nissan
has an all-wheel-drive model for every eventuality, and at the center
of the manufacturer's SUV line-up is the all-new version of the X-Trail.
Retaining the rugged style of the original X-Trail was paramount for
Nissan's designers, who have made subtle adjustments all-round for a
fresher look. A more radical approach has been taken inside, though.
Look closer and you will see that every panel is new - as is the platform,
which is shared with the Qashqai crossover. The driving position is
excellent and there’s lots of steering and seat movement. The dash
is up market and simply laid out, while there are practical features
such as six cup holders, a generous glove box and dash-top cubby.
Equipment
levels are good, with every model having standard air-conditioning.
The latest X-Trail i is even more practical than before, too,
with a huge boot featuring a clever two-level floor and 40/20/40-split
rear seats.
So
the new X-Trail i is indeed better in nearly every way, it is
a strong performer with a practical, family-friendly interior, and good
off road performance – all of which should see it hold its value well
too.
NISSAN TEANA
Review To combine the features between great driving experience of European vehicles and the polish design technology of Japanese vehicles, Nissan update its premium sedan Teana.

Beijing International Auto Show,
Nissan revealed its
Teana was designed
under the concept of modern luxury and relaxation. Known as a pioneer of the "modern living" concept through its first generation, the Teana evolves the interior design to focus on relaxation for all passengers. Teana is available with the combination of the highly regarded V6 engine (VQ25DE and VQ35DE versions) and XTRONIC CVT. This combination provides both high performance yet refined long distance cruising.
NISSAN QASHQAI The QASHQAI (pronounced Cash Kai), is named after a desert-dwelling tribe who live near the Zagros mountains, in South Western Iran. However strange the origin of the name, Nissan’s new crossover is bound to become a best seller - if it hasn’t already. It’s a curious thing, but unless you’ve seen a QASHQAI in real, it is very difficult to gauge its size from photographs. And that can only mean that the designers have fulfilled their brief, which was to create a crossover vehicle that has all the benefits of an SUV, such as a high driving position, and the looks, comfort and feel of a hatchback, while not taking up too much road-space. So, while not excessively large, it is imposing and stylish. Besides the comfortably contoured seats, the driver is faced with quite an array of buttons - some on the adjustable steering wheel and plenty more on the center console.
There is something about this car that
makes it so enjoyable to drive but it is very difficult to pin down
exactly what it is. It could well be the easily-found, ideal driving
position, the sensible gear ratios or maybe the handling and ride quality.
Whatever it is, the QASHQAI has it and is bound to fill the trophy cabinet
with an array of awards. So far, the QASHQAI has been voted ‘Best

REVIEW Introduction No longer does owning a mid size sedan mean you'll be holding your breath or retracting limbs as you wedge yourself into a pint-size compact. On the contrary, the Sentra is now sized to accommodate 6-foot adults in any of their seats, and the 2009 Nissan Sentra in particular meets the EPA's (U.S. Environmental protection agency) "midsize car" classification. If you're tall but need a car that's affordable, this is very good news. In the cabin all the controls are exactly where you'd expect them to be and storage areas are abundant in number and variety. Powertrains and Performance All Nissan Sentra 2.0 models are powered by a 2.0-liter inline four-cylinder engine good for 140 hp and 147 pound-feet of torque. A CVT transmission driving the front wheels is standard on base 2.0 and 2.0 SL models, while S model buyers can get either the CVT or a six-speed manual gearbox. The EPA rates fuel economy at 10.6 kms/liter with the CVT transmission. Interior Design and Special Features The Nissan Sentra's cabin offers a modern design, well-organized controls and agreeable materials quality. Seating is spacious, with ample room for tall adults to get comfortable in both the front and rear. Storage space is abundant in the Sentra, and luggage capacity is a respectable 13.1 cubic feet. Safety: 5 Stars The Nissan Sentra earned a perfect five stars in government-administered frontal-impact crash tests. It earned five stars for front-occupant protection in side impacts and four stars for the rear.
