On the one hand I agree with Dex learn to shoot but not to kill. Forget about these STUPID warning shots. If you tell them to "freeze or stop I'll shoot" whatever once, twice, three times max it is more than enough, then it is time to shoot. They have to learn to shoot in the leg so they can't keep running. And where they drop down in pain there squeeling you then stand over them and inform them that "you were warned"
And that's why I cannot become a police because I might shoot and then tell them freeze.
